Great place with amenities like free Wi-Fi, great room service, and 24-hour reception. The staff was helpful during my first stay, guiding me effortlessly. Vicente. I'll definitely return for another holiday!

Had a really nice stay for out 5th visit, everything was excellent. We had brand-new room and there was a big bed. The staff was very very helpful, attentive, and responded promptly to requests. They helped us get a shuttle from the airport. It was in an absolutely perfect and excellent location few metres away from Luxury Avenue...

Fairly clean place & top-class staff from the check in to the waitress and waiters. Location near to Seafood restaurants and the night club. Also, by the taxis.

Good location in the center of Cancun. The rooms are not big, but bed very comfortable. They provided soda and beer in the fridge. They also provided tooth brush, toothpaste, and shaving & cream. Cleaning and Pool staffs are friendly. Foods serve during Dinner was great. You only have three restaurant to choose - Mexican. Italian, and Seafood. But you need to make reservation. Beach is beautiful. love our room - it have a big balcony with sun beds.. I love the Calamari at the snack bar.

We stayed there for 7 days and got really tired eating the same food everyday. * They charged for Wifi and charged for making phone calls to the locals. * Room is not sound proof and was very noisy at night. * 2-4AM you hear people yelling and slamming the door. * Their Japanese style foods are bad. Phad Thai is Japanese food? Sushi was poorly made - look like it just a ball of rice. * international day does not have any good Asian foods. They only serve mexican's and american's foods. There is no crab or lobster or mussel for the buffet. * I asked them to help look up a phone number for me so I can call it since I have no internet on my phone to look it up. They did not help and asked me to look up my travel agent and call Booked.net. Booked.net is not a travel agent. They did not booked my reservation for me, I booked it myself. They don't seem to understand that.

The location was great and there were nice and clean pools and peach. The room cleaning was done very well.

You could hear all voices from other room and our 3 credit cards didn't work in this hotel (they worked at other hotel last year). The front desk people are not so nice and smily. After one week we got bored the food they offered at restaurants.

We didn't want to say goodbye and would book here again, loved the hotel. Relaxing & clean venue, it was in a magnificent location, has reasonably good staff:)))

We stayed for a week and loved the stunning beach view from our room and the awesome ceviche at the Charaboya restaurant! The entertainment shows were a blast, too.

The staff was awesome,,,,, the food was very very good.... the drinks were ALWAYS right there.... the beach was so clean and beautiful with lots of lounge chairs.... the price for our week's stay was a GREAT value....

Brand-new & neat rooms with balcony. Stunning and lovely location, shuttle from the airport. Very easy to get from Cancun airport, just 20 km: )

The beach was fantastic with plenty of clean sand. My niece loved the unique sun lounging area that had cozy hammocks and the pool was a hit with the kids. Our favorite part was the fine ocean view from our room.

In my wife's opinion, better food choices for kids would be great.

Beach vibes were lovely, and our oceanfront room was huge and cozy! Enjoyed the complimentary tequila tasting and friendly staff made it a hoot!

But, honestly, the food could've used some glamour-it was more 'meh' than 'wow. ' The check-in line was longer than waiting for a bus in rush hour!

The room was super clean and had great amenities like air conditioning, a minibar, and a tv. The pools were nice but only two were open. The beach was pristine and well-kept. The bartenders were friendly and made some delicious drinks for us. There were plenty of activities at the pool, but the dining experience could be better.

Great views and drinks, but food was consistently cold and the gym was tiny.
